Responsibilities
- Design, expand, and maintain new capabilities for Eggplant Connectivity products.
- Implement gateways that enable automation of Windows, Android, and iOS systems through VNC, RDP, Citrix, and other protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members, the Team Lead, and Product Owner to deliver features on schedule and at a high quality level.
- Ensure products and components integrate effectively to provide a strong user experience.
- Evaluate technologies and strategies for product development.
- Improve design and development processes, testability, product quality, and user experience.
- Identify and report software bugs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in a software development role.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Strong design, problem-solving, and software architecture skills.
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code.
- Knowledge of AI and software development practices referenced in the posting.
- Preferred experience analyzing and implementing low-level protocols such as VNC, RDP, and Citrix.
- Preferred experience with scrcpy, libimobiledevice, or go-ios for low-level mobile automation.
- Preferred experience with near-real-time image and video processing.
- Understanding of .NET memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab for build pipelines.
- Experience with continuous delivery and Eggplant Test or other test automation software.
