Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Tekton.
- Operate Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms, including deployments, cluster resources, and security policies.
- Implement GitOps workflows and automated state synchronization with ArgoCD.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and/or Ansible according to infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Build observability dashboards and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Loki.
- Embed DevSecOps controls such as image scanning, policy checks, and supply-chain validation into pipelines.
- Collaborate with application development, SRE, and platform engineering teams to improve delivery speed, quality, and stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles operating containerized workloads and CI/CD at scale.
- Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Tekton.
- Experience deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift, with familiarity with Helm and cluster security practices.
- Practical experience applying GitOps with ArgoCD.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Observability expertise with Prometheus/Grafana and ELK/Loki, including designing meaningful SLOs and alerts.
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including image scanning, dependency checks, and policy enforcement.
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
- Preferred location is Spain, preferably Madrid.
