Base Salary
$150k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI and ServiceNow workflows and automation to standardize, streamline, and automate processes.
- Build tools to manage the full lifecycle of production and sub-production environments.
- Review, improve, streamline, and standardize platform and deployment processes.
- Plan and support platform upgrades and troubleshoot technical product issues.
- Evaluate and implement ServiceNow products such as Digital Product Release when needed.
- Develop and share best practices based on lessons learned.
- Participate in activities outside core hours and on weekends when required, including on-call activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of IT industry experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications and SaaS platforms.
- ServiceNow platform administration or development experience.
- Familiarity or experience with SAP platforms is a plus.

- Base pay of $149,800 - $262,200, plus equity when applicable, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
