Base Salary
$129k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Pega applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.
- Define reusable components, frameworks, and design standards.
- Translate business and technology requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews in accordance with Pega best practices and guardrails.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise and external systems.
- Drive DevOps practices, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure solutions satisfy performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall IT experience.
- At least 12 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect.
- Active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
- Deep expertise with Pega Infinity, Constellation UX, DX API, enterprise application integration patterns, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, and Common Data Model concepts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial Services and/or Insurance experience is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
