Base Salary
$100k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications and microservices across the Client Onboarding platform.
- Deliver microservices, APIs, workflow orchestration, automation, and user-interface capabilities that reduce onboarding friction and manual processing.
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into resilient, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, architecture, business, and operations colleagues in global, cross-functional teams.
- Apply engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, source control, continuous integration, observability, and production support.
- Explore and apply responsible AI-assisted solutions to automate onboarding activities and improve productivity.
Requirements
- Proven software engineering experience with hands-on Java and Spring/Spring Boot development, including microservices and full-stack applications.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade applications, microservices, APIs, and workflow solutions for complex business processes.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications using relational databases and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and modern software development practices, including automated testing, source control, continuous integration, and secure, reliable software delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and solve business problems while applying responsible and ethical judgment to data and AI outputs.
- Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to explain technical decisions to varied stakeholders.
- Collaborative, delivery-oriented approach with ownership and comfort working in iterative, fast-paced environments.
- Interest or experience in AI engineering and intelligent automation, including Gemini AI or similar technologies, is helpful.
- Experience in financial services, client onboarding, workflow platforms, or similarly regulated environments is helpful.
