Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Develop software services to onboard trading and post-trading workflows for equity and options asset classes.
- Design and implement Order State Management components for trading platforms.
- Conduct scrums and handle deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- Five years of experience in the position offered or in a related technology occupation such as Assistant Manager Technology, Technology Lead, Systems Project Manager, or Technology Specialist.
- Five years of experience with Java, Unix, MQ, relational databases, unit testing, shell scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, Spring Framework, Hibernate, XML, and web services.
- Four years of experience with Kafka, SQL, JDBC, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design concepts, performance testing, Git, Gradle, Redis, distributed messaging, multi-threaded server-side development, and Apache Camel.
