Base Salary
$149k - $181k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform coding, code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Ensure quality deliverables and releases while following established Systems Development Life Cycle guidelines.
- Gather and verify technical requirements and develop or review technical designs.
- Define and implement architectural best practices.
- Establish project goals and advise on risk assessment and management strategies.
- Plan and coordinate project schedules and create project assignments.
- Lead implementation of new features spanning multiple tiers of code with minimal supervision.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, resolve team issues, and work with functional leaders and business owners.
- Provide technical testing evaluation estimates and lead technical discussions and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in the job offered, as a Project Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert across two or more tiers of code within a product stack.
- Experience driving project methods, techniques, and procedures.
- Experience with Agile Scrum development and Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience improving processes and tools and developing or establishing best practices.
