Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain Tulip MES applications for production, assembly, quality control, and logistics workflows.
- Gather requirements and translate business and engineering needs into Tulip app logic, step sequences, data models, and MES recipes.
- Configure and support interfaces between Tulip MES and ERP, automation, laboratory, and other manufacturing systems.
- Build Tulip dashboards and analytics for real-time KPI visibility, including OEE, cycle time, yield, and defect rate.
- Manage app versioning, change control, release processes, testing, troubleshooting, and system design changes.
- Produce maintainable configuration and computer system validation documentation in accordance with site procedures and GMP guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience with Tulip MES is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a regulated environment.
- Three to five years of experience supporting IT applications is required.
- Experience integrating Tulip with ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, SCADA/PLC devices, barcode scanners, vision systems, and IIoT equipment is required or relevant to the role.
- Experience with MS SQL Server is advantageous.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships are required.
- Candidates should be delivery-focused, motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, and experienced working across multiple business and functional teams.
