Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers across multidisciplinary planning and testing activities.
- Develop end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Define and implement metrics to assess test execution, quality processes, and defect resolution.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable application improvement insights.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on testing objectives and key decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner is required.
- Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner is required.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts and best practices.
- Experience designing and executing load, stress, and scalability tests.
- Ability to analyze test results and recommend application performance improvements.
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in test automation and performance testing.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and testing-tool integration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
