Responsibilities
- Build frontend capabilities for multi-tenant platforms while balancing tenant isolation, resource efficiency, and extensibility.
- Own cross-domain product features spanning business, regulatory, and technical requirements.
- Design enterprise integrations by translating customer business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales to create reliable user experiences.
- Make pragmatic trade-offs among performance, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- Design systems for scale, maintainability, and production excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Strong judgment in abstraction, flexibility, simplicity, and system or component design.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience making performance-versus-velocity decisions based on business impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales.
- Preferred experience in fintech, payments, or another regulated industry.
- Preferred experience tuning performance at high scale, including 100k+ QPS, large user bases, or strict latency SLAs.
- Preferred background in multi-tenant SaaS or platform architecture.
- Preferred proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Preferred experience with OAuth 2.0, API design, developer documentation, cross-region deployment, or data residency compliance.
- Solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience is preferred.
