Responsibilities
- Develop and own technical account plans and strategies while supporting targeted sales motions.
- Use sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to demonstrate Google Cloud value through demos, pilots, and technical workshops.
- Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial customer delivery plans.
- Support pricing activities and transition final delivery plans to implementation teams.
- Monitor delivery-plan progress and support teams during ramp, delivery, migration, and implementation phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Four years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
- Fluent Polish communication skills for client-facing work.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, Cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience driving the full sales cycle, developing long-term technical strategies, migrating applications and services to cloud platforms, and applying security concepts.
- Preferred experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Energy, or Telco.
Benefits
- Poland compensation is zł260000 - zł266000 (PLN) plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- The role is based in Poland and requires fluent Polish for client-facing work.
