Responsibilities
- Keep the Veeva Vault suite up to date and implement new features.
- Work with customer business and IT staff to understand requirements.
- Design requested solutions and proactively identify additional customer needs.
- Manage communication among implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and Veeva Product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs.
- Drive change management for customers moving from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
- Experience working in customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least a bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience, ideally in STEM or a similar field.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Europe; employment visa sponsorship is not anticipated.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.
