Responsibilities
- Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault suite.
- Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements.
- Design solutions based on customer requests and anticipate additional needs.
- Act as customer liaison, managing communication between various teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices.
- Drive change management for customers transitioning to SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields, ideally in STEM.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Europe without sponsorship.
