Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and clients to assess technical maturity, identify solution opportunities, and advise on product adoption strategies.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable system architectures and author Business/Product Requirement Documents for engineering hand-offs.
- Architect privacy-compliant data pipelines, including CRM integrations through the Google Ads API, and oversee technical implementations.
- Define validation frameworks to test configurations, identify product gaps, and provide feedback to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deployments and create reusable deployment playbooks.
- Lead technical relationships, cross-functional execution, business operations, and customer support for complex advertising partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting, product management, solution architecture, or project management in a customer-facing role.
- Experience building proof of concepts with web or scripting technologies such as JavaScript and Python, plus SQL databases.
- Experience with advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration.
- Preferred master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or custom internal backends.
- Experience in online advertising or customer growth and familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, work independently, manage multiple projects, solve problems, and apply project management skills.
