Responsibilities
- Design and deploy custom agents and agentic workflows.
- Architect enterprise agent-platform deployments, trust layers, and cross-agent governance.
- Define AI orchestration architecture, state management, tool-calling, and failure-mode patterns.
- Design agentic quality-assurance frameworks, test orchestration, and synthetic-data strategies.
- Engineer enterprise knowledge bases, ontologies, and retrieval pipelines for agent grounding at scale.
- Translate complex domain requirements into AI functional specifications.
- Serve as the principal technical advisor to the pod and client, and mentor Frontier Engineers.
Requirements
- 10–20 years of delivery experience with deep AI-systems design experience.
- Demonstrated independent agentic-system design and domain governance.
- Experience with agentic system architecture and enterprise agent platforms such as Copilot Studio and Agentforce.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration and state-management patterns, agentic test-framework design, knowledge graph and ontology engineering, RAG at scale, grounding strategy, MCP/A2A agent protocols, and AI security and access controls.
- Technical advisory and client-engagement capability.
- Must pass the Frontier CoE assessment at Specialist level.
