Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Monitor applications, analyze system performance, and perform performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and incidents across critical business applications.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Align generative and agentic AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability, responsible use, and value realization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services is required.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong grasp of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
