Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve L2/L3 Salesforce Service Cloud production incidents while meeting SLAs.
- Troubleshoot Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and system integrations.
- Monitor platform performance, integration processes, and batch jobs to identify and mitigate risks.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve stability and reduce recurring incidents.
- Support Service Cloud administration, configuration, deployments, change management, user management, reporting, and release management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including production support in Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
- Strong experience diagnosing and resolving L2/L3 issues involving Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations through REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and external systems.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments, proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous service improvement is preferred.
