Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
- Build responsive, accessible, reusable, and high-performance UI components and front-end architectures.
- Implement Next.js server-side rendering, static site generation, routing, API integration, and performance optimization.
- Develop state-management and data-fetching solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, React Query/TanStack Query, or SWR.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts, integration patterns, error handling, authentication, authorization, and data flows.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and conduct comprehensive code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Support CI/CD, cloud deployments, monitoring, release management, production support, and incident resolution.
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions related to front-end scalability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide constructive technical feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on software development experience, including significant enterprise-level web application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, reusable React components, and scalable front-end architectures.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, browser technologies, SSR, SSG, routing, rendering strategies, API integration, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, React Query/TanStack Query, or SWR.
- Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services, including asynchronous programming, authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Experience with UI frameworks, styling systems, or component libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Chakra UI, Styled Components, Emotion, Shadcn/UI, or Radix UI.
- Experience with Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn, or pnpm.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, front-end testing, and automation frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Understanding of web application security, OAuth2, JWT, secure coding practices, and common web vulnerabilities.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and familiarity with Docker.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Experience supporting production applications, troubleshooting incidents, and using incident-management tools such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare workflows, terminology, HIPAA, PHI, healthcare applications, modern front-end frameworks, design systems, micro-frontends, API gateways, gRPC, event-driven integrations, NoSQL databases, distributed systems, caching, web performance, WCAG, message-driven architectures, and technical leadership.
