Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end technical solution architectures for complex, high-impact technology initiatives.
- Develop detailed functional and non-functional architecture specifications with product teams.
- Design agentic architectures, including multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, and autonomous execution workflows.
- Define Kubernetes-based deployment architectures, resource management, capacity planning, scalability, observability, and performance optimization for AI and agent workloads.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, data and AI governance, security, compliance, product, program management, and engineering teams.
- Validate that delivered solutions conform to prescribed architecture specifications.
- Present architecture artifacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience, including 2 years as a Solutions Architect focused on large-scale Data and AI projects and 3 years as a Software Engineer.
- Proven experience architecting agentic architectures, including multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, and autonomous execution workflows.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, CPU/GPU resource management, deployment architecture, capacity planning, scalability, observability, and performance optimization for AI and agent workloads.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and identity and access management solutions.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product and program management, and data and AI governance teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
- Experience building technology solutions for investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, or other financial institutions is preferred.
