Base Salary
$179k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of AI-enabled web applications and analytics using Streamlit, React, or similar technologies.
- Integrate LLM capabilities into applications and workflows, including prompting, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, task planning, and multi-step execution.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs, including FastAPI-based services.
- Build user interfaces that make complex AI, data, and analytics capabilities accessible to end users.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployments using Docker.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL to support data integrity, performance, and efficiency.
- Maintain Git-based version control and collaborate across software development workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, test, and deliver features.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for security, quality, reliability, and maintainability across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Current TS/SCI clearance and an active or obtainable CI Polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, Git, and full-stack development.
- Experience building AI-enabled web applications, analytic dashboards, or user workflows with Streamlit or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, containerization, APIs, and user interface development.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend solutions using Python frameworks.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with React, LLM-powered agentic workflows, validation, error handling, retries, logging, fallback strategies, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, or MLOps is preferred.
