Base Salary

$143k - $193k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for AI analytics capabilities.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled web applications and analytics using Streamlit, React, or similar technologies.
  • Integrate LLM capabilities including prompting, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, task planning, and multi-step execution.
  • Design, develop, and integrate APIs, including FastAPI-based services, to connect systems and AI workflow components.
  • Build user interfaces that make AI, data, and analytics capabilities accessible to end users.
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL to support data integrity, performance, and efficiency.
  • Maintain Git-based version control and collaborate across the software development lifecycle.
  • Implement reliable AI workflows with validation, error handling, retries, logging, and fallback strategies.
  • Ensure solutions meet standards for security, quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with an active or obtainable CI polygraph.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to U.S. government contract requirements.
  • Proficiency in Python, Docker, Git-based workflows, web technologies, containerization, RESTful APIs, and user interface development.
  • Experience building AI-enabled web applications, analytic dashboards, or user workflows using Streamlit or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing scalable backend solutions with Python frameworks and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Hands-on full stack development experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • React experience and familiarity with component-based UI development, state management, and reusable frontend patterns are desired.
  • Experience with LLM-powered agentic workflows, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, secure software delivery, or MLOps concepts is desired.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
