Base Salary
$143k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of AI-enabled web applications and analytics using Streamlit, React, or similar technologies.
- Integrate LLM capabilities into applications and workflows using prompting, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and related patterns.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs, including FastAPI-based services.
- Build and maintain user interfaces for AI, data, and analytics capabilities.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployments using Docker.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL to support data integrity, performance, and efficiency.
- Use Git-based version control and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle.
- Develop reliable agentic workflows with validation, error handling, retries, logging, and fallback strategies.
- Support prototyping, testing, deployment, and sustainment of mission-focused AI and data analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with an active or obtainable CI polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, Git-based version control, full stack development, web technologies, RESTful APIs, and user interface development.
- Experience building AI-enabled web applications, analytics dashboards, or user workflows using Streamlit or similar technologies.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend solutions using Python frameworks.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Preferred qualifications include Kubernetes, React, component-based UI development, state management, LLM-powered agentic workflows, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, secure software delivery, reliable AI workflows, and MLOps concepts.
