Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, test, implement, configure, customize, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
- Develop JavaScript customizations, classic workflows, CRM automation, technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes, and solution documentation.
- Configure CRM entities, forms, views, controls, business processes, Advanced Find queries, and SiteMap navigation.
- Develop FetchXML queries, T-SQL queries, SSRS reports, and SQL-based reporting solutions, including parameters, drill-through reports, subreports, subscriptions, and performance tuning.
- Perform unit testing, regression testing, QA validation, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and solution reviews.
- Use Azure DevOps and collaborate with administrators, project managers, developers, business stakeholders, and end users in Agile delivery environments.
- Maintain deployment procedures and solution design artifacts while supporting CRM security, application lifecycle management, and ongoing system enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in a federal civilian agency.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM using solution-based application lifecycle management practices.
- Experience with CRM entities, forms, views, controls, Advanced Find, SiteMap navigation, JavaScript customizations, classic workflows, and CRM automation.
- Experience with CRM security, including business units, teams, security roles, and user access permissions.
- Experience developing, deploying, and optimizing SSRS reports using FetchXML- and SQL-based datasets, including report parameters, drill-through reports, subreports, subscriptions, data-driven reporting, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM administrative and configuration tools, including XRM Toolbox and related utilities.
- Ability to perform unit testing, regression testing, QA planning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Preferred experience includes SharePoint Online integrations, Microsoft federal cloud environments including GCC, FedRAMP-aligned controls, Section 508 accessibility, federal records-management expectations, secure software-development practices, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification or equivalent experience.
- Select positions may require federal agency clearance, up to a 10-year background investigation, and/or US citizenship.
