Responsibilities
- Lead multiple customer solution design projects in parallel from discovery and ideation through deployment.
- Conduct business and technical discovery with customers and develop target and reference architectures.
- Design scalable, reusable, compliant information systems architectures and recommend appropriate technologies.
- Identify dependencies and gaps, develop robust engagement recommendations, and present proposals to senior government officials.
- Apply engineering disciplines across planning, design, analysis, coding, testing, rollout, and support.
- Develop interface, quality assurance, performance, and cost-benefit standards.
- Improve solution design methodologies, team knowledge, and architecture blueprints.
- Guide technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve customer and program objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- At least 8 years of combined experience in the design, analysis, and implementation of information systems architecture.
- At least 7 years of ServiceNow software development experience.
- ServiceNow Architect certification.
- U.S. citizenship required to meet contract requirements.
- Ability to successfully complete a government-issued background investigation and obtain a Public Trust.
- Prior Public Trust or security clearance is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, critical-thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and technical-team leadership skills.
