Responsibilities
- Build and enhance enterprise-scale solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
- Translate business and client requirements into functional, user-friendly, production-ready applications and automations.
- Implement agreed solution designs with attention to security, governance, scalability, performance, reliability, and operational support.
- Design Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, data models, and security roles.
- Build integrations using standard, premium, and custom connectors and API-based integration patterns.
- Use Azure services such as Azure Functions to extend Power Platform solutions when appropriate.
- Apply Power Platform application lifecycle management practices covering solution packaging, environments, deployments, and releases.
- Plan and execute testing with testers and quality engineers, resolve defects, and support solutions after release.
- Identify and propose improvements to existing processes and solutions.
- Provide technical input for presales activities, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept development when required.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and stay current with Power Platform and Microsoft AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience considering performance, reliability, and operational support for enterprise-scale solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance approaches and Center of Excellence patterns for Power Platform.
- Experience with Copilot Studio is preferred, or willingness to develop this capability.
- Experience collaborating with architects, business analysts, testers, engineers, and client stakeholders in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work from requirements through configuration, implementation, testing, and support.
- Experience extending Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure Functions.
- Experience integrating solutions with standard and premium connectors and building custom connectors.
- Experience applying Power Platform application lifecycle management across environments, solutions, and deployment processes.
- Experience using AI Builder, Dataverse, enterprise data modeling, and security roles.
- Strong delivery experience with Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps and Power Automate.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
