Responsibilities
- Build and enhance enterprise-scale solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
- Translate client and business requirements into functional, user-friendly, production-ready applications and automations.
- Implement Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Apply security, governance, scalability, performance, reliability, and operational support practices.
- Build integrations with standard, premium, and custom connectors and design API-based integration patterns.
- Use Azure services such as Azure Functions to extend solutions and support complex integration or processing needs.
- Apply Power Platform application lifecycle management practices for solution packaging, environments, deployments, and releases.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, quality engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver and support solutions.
- Identify and propose enhancements focused on quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Support presales activities through technical input, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept development when required.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and stay current with Power Platform and Microsoft AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience considering performance, reliability, and operational support for enterprise-scale solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance approaches and Centre of Excellence patterns for Power Platform.
- Experience with Copilot Studio is preferred, along with willingness to upskill if needed.
- Experience collaborating with architects, business analysts, testers, and engineers in multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Ability to work from requirements through configuration, build, testing, functional implementation, and support.
- Experience extending Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure Functions.
- Experience using standard and premium connectors and building and maintaining custom connectors.
- Experience implementing Power Platform application lifecycle management across environments, solutions, and deployment processes.
- Experience using AI Builder.
- Experience with Dataverse enterprise data modelling and security roles.
- Strong delivery experience with Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps and Power Automate.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
