Base Salary
$85k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
- Design and implement SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
- Conduct tenant assessments, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance capabilities.
- Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Create technical documentation, migration plans, and client deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide remediation recommendations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in proposal development, solution design, and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and Power Platform.
- Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects and SharePoint migration tools preferred.
- Experience developing and deploying complex Power Platform solutions preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and security and compliance solutions preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications and experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions are preferred.
