Responsibilities

Drive the design and implementation of internal tools using Golang.
Lead complex infrastructure shifts.
Take ownership of incident response and author comprehensive retrospectives.
Implement systemic hardening to prevent recurrence using advanced overcommit strategies.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction.

5-7 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
Deep internal knowledge of Kubernetes primitives and experience writing custom Kubernetes Operators.
Strong experience building production-grade tools and services in Go.
Proven track record of managing production environments and handling high-severity incidents.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native scaling tools and managing OS migrations.
Ability to lead projects and unblock team members across different time zones.
