Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs.
- Build secure and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain AWS-based microservices and serverless solutions.
- Implement API authentication and authorization using OAuth, Okta, and JWT.
- Monitor application performance using Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to engineering improvements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Support production applications and drive service reliability.
- Manage stakeholders and influence technical decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications, including B.E., B.Tech, or BCA qualifications.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, and ECS.
- Working knowledge of Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
- Understanding of API security using OAuth, Okta, and JWT.
- Test automation experience with Cucumber and TDD/BDD practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
