Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic direction and product roadmaps.
- Design end-to-end solutions using current technologies and industry best practices.
- Deliver agentic software hands-on, including legacy refactoring, feature development, and fixes.
- Build backlogs and provide Scrum leadership for automation solution delivery.
- Contribute to software architecture delivery and implementation handoffs.
- Develop and deliver network automation solutions while using AI tools responsibly to improve workflows.
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing and deploying modern software development practices at scale.
- Extensive experience with Java 8+ and ideally Java 17+, REST API best practices, and SQL optimization.
- Experience with modern version control systems such as Git and JJ.
- Demonstrable experience with Scrum or Kanban and agentic code harnesses.
- Experience contributing to and delivering software architectures.
- Experience with automated testing practices including Pact, TDD, BDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Some experience with legacy web application frameworks such as Zk and Django.
- Some experience creating and delivering network automations.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying sound judgment to data and AI outputs.
