Base Salary

$123k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the Microsoft .NET stack.
  • Build responsive front-end interfaces with JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Develop SQL Server data integrations, including SSIS packages, SSRS reports, data warehouses, and data marts.
  • Modernize legacy Microsoft applications and migrate them into a secure AWS GovCloud environment.
  • Operate Azure DevOps source control, build, and secure CI/CD workflows within a DevSecOps pipeline.
  • Manage Agile work through Azure DevOps boards and backlogs and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Support technical documentation, change and incident management, user resources, governance, and cybersecurity accreditation.
  • Coordinate with government technical leads, platform and security teams, and other developers.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Current DoD 8570/8140-compliant baseline certification appropriate for the position, such as CompTIA Security+.
  • At least eight years of full-stack business systems web software engineering experience.
  • At least five years within the past ten years working in DevSecOps with Azure DevOps Services, Azure DevOps Server, or Team Foundation Server.
  • At least five years within the past ten years across C#, .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL, React or Angular, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Ability to work largely remotely with periodic onsite collaboration near San Diego, California.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly and collaborate with government civilians, military personnel, contractors, and enterprise support organizations.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience includes application modernization, containerization, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architecture, AWS GovCloud, jQuery, Bootstrap, DevExpress, Django, and support for U.S. Special Operations Forces or other Department of War mission partners.
