Base Salary
$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision, architecture, and solution standards across all engagements within a strategic account.
- Consolidate multiple concurrent projects into a coordinated build motion.
- Set technical direction for engineering teams and provide planning and oversight across engagements.
- Partner with the Program Manager on sequencing, dependencies, and burn tracking.
- Serve as the trusted technical partner and primary technical contact for client executive stakeholders.
- Operate as a senior solution architect on active build work between engagements.
- Guide AI solution architecture, enterprise integration, security, governance, evaluation, telemetry, and production monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven leadership of large, multi-month, multi-workstream transformation, migration, or M&A-scale engagements.
- Ability to lead a growing engineering team while managing an executive client relationship.
- Comfort steering technical strategy across a portfolio rather than focusing exclusively on one solution.
- Credibility and strong communication with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, semantic search, prompt and context engineering, and model selection and evaluation.
- Experience with Azure AI services, enterprise data architecture, identity and governance, enterprise integrations, and LLMOps.
