Responsibilities
- Manage services and software involving IBM FileNet, OTX Captiva, and HSBC internal products such as CCS.
- Deliver projects end to end, including scope management, requirements gathering, analysis, build, testing, production support, and software upgrades.
- Resolve technical issues and support service resilience, troubleshooting, monitoring, and stakeholder queries.
- Participate in code build and review activities and document business processes and software requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across business units and third parties.
- Assess project impacts on other business areas and align initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and service management.
- Experience with IBM FileNet, Captiva, UNIX, Control-M, AppDynamics, Splunk, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Java and Linux, with hands-on experience in GCP, AWS, and IKP.
- Experience with ServiceNow and knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Flexibility to work in a shift pattern.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, strategic-thinking, and adaptability skills.
