Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Framework 3.x.
- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
- Design and optimize Oracle 19c database solutions, including query performance, indexing, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and Frontend Developers on high-quality solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, integration testing, and software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 and modern Java development practices.
- Expertise in Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle 19c, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous processing.
- Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and clean coding principles.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code quality tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and feature-ownership skills.
