Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and maintain critical software components.
- Participate in design and code reviews and help meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Develop and document software requirements and specifications.
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1+ year in a similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
- Experience coding and debugging complex software components.
- Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Advanced degree, relevant certifications, or training are preferred qualifications.
