Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop solutions for the Integration Services team.
- Develop enterprise web applications and integration services using coding best practices and non-functional considerations.
- Participate in major technical upgrades and large technical efforts.
- Manage tasks across and outside agile teams while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Understand user needs and propose optimized technical solutions.
- Anticipate and resolve critical issues and risks across the organization.
- Build solutions using transmission protocols, BPM-based tools, file transfer, messaging, and API integration.
- Perform system integration using bespoke, vendor, and open-source integration software.
Requirements
- A minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 3 years of experience developing enterprise web applications in Java, Spring Boot, or Python is required.
- Experience with Angular and/or React.js and Node.js is required.
- Experience with one or more of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, gRPC, Avro, or WebSocket is required.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases is required.
- Hands-on experience with unit-testing frameworks such as JUnit or Pytest is required.
- Experience with build frameworks such as Maven or Gradle, or Poetry, PDM, or Pipenv, is required.
- Experience working in agile teams and understanding of the agile model is required.
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or OpenShift is preferred.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps or CI/CD is preferred.
- Experience with IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka is preferred.
- Experience with SFTP, FTP, Samba, or MFT file-transfer technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of Copilot, Devin, or another AI code-assistant tool is preferred.
- Strong results focus, business acumen, curiosity, technology influence, and teamwork are expected.
