Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery activities.
- Set and enforce coding standards to support maintainability, scalability, and quality.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key technical decisions and project coordination.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom software development practices.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate technical efforts across multiple projects.
- Skills in performance optimization and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to transportation management systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
