Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated tests throughout the product development and support lifecycle.
- Create, develop, and maintain automated test sets and test strategies for multiple products.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders on requirements, test design, and comprehensive testing suites.
- Work with Support and Escalation teams to reproduce and identify the root causes of customer issues.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects found during automated testing.
- Identify test coverage gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and help resolve customer-reported defects.
- Deploy lab environments through testbed configuration, resource orchestration, and integration of third-party workloads and tools.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and drive issues to resolution with development, quality engineering, product management, and customer support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software system testing or equivalent.
- Proficiency in system-level testing with a strong emphasis on end-to-end automation and product validation.
- Hands-on automation experience using Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of quality engineering practices, including identifying coverage gaps, raising defects, and conducting end-to-end validation.
- Ability to perform system stability, resiliency, and liveliness testing at scale.
- Familiarity with SSD/NVMe devices and block, object, or file storage systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, troubleshooting, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
