Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust .NET services and applications for mission-critical hospital software.
- Build and integrate agentic AI capabilities, including designing, orchestrating, and evaluating AI agents and LLM-driven workflows.
- Drive AI adoption within the team and across the organization by establishing effective modern tooling practices.
- Contribute to system architecture, code quality, and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX/UI professionals, and developers across multiple sites.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience building and maintaining production software in C# and modern .NET.
- Ability to work broadly across the stack and cloud environments and quickly learn unfamiliar technologies.
- Practical experience using AI tools, agents, and LLM-driven workflows, with demonstrable projects built using them.
- Ability to take ownership, communicate openly, work independently and collaboratively, and build maintainable, high-quality solutions.
- Experience with hardware-software integration, robotics, or embedded systems is a plus.
- Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging, or distributed systems is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile teams on regulated or safety-critical products is a plus.
