Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust C#/.NET services and applications for mission-critical hospital software.
- Build and integrate agentic AI capabilities, including AI agents and LLM-driven workflows, in products and development processes.
- Drive AI adoption across the team and organization by establishing effective modern tooling practices.
- Contribute to system architecture, code quality, and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX/UI professionals, and developers across multiple sites.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience building and maintaining production software with C# and modern .NET.
- Ability to work broadly across the stack and cloud and quickly learn unfamiliar technologies.
- Hands-on practical experience using AI tools, agents, and LLM-driven workflows, with examples of what you have built.
- Ability to take ownership, communicate openly, work independently and collaboratively, and build maintainable, high-quality solutions.
- Preferred: experience with hardware-software integration, robotics, embedded systems, event-driven architecture, messaging, distributed systems, Agile teams, or regulated and safety-critical products.
