Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain UiPath RPA workflows aligned with business requirements and automation strategy.
- Analyze, map, and document business processes to identify automation opportunities and clarify solution designs.
- Build document-driven automation solutions using UiPath Document Understanding.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automations for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and German-speaking stakeholders on technical decisions and delivery.
- Maintain documentation and ensure solutions follow best practices, standards, and security guidelines.
- Work within the SCRUM framework and apply Agile practices.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of hands-on RPA development experience, preferably with UiPath.
- Strong commitment to delivering stable, secure, and high-quality automation solutions.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Good German communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Confident English skills for everyday teamwork and documentation.
- Experience with other automation tools or scripting languages is a plus.
- A university degree in a technical or business-related field is nice to have.
