Responsibilities
- Deliver production support for applications and third-party vendor products, including incident resolution and proactive mitigation.
- Manage change and problem processes while ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and requirements.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders, plan milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor and communicate progress.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert and independently handle client issues and incident escalations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Application Support or TechOps experience.
- Knowledge of AWS, containerization, CI/CD, GitHub or GitLab, and cloud networking.
- Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL queries, and Linux/Unix shell scripting or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
