Responsibilities
- Deliver production support for applications and third-party vendor products, including incident resolution, proactive mitigation, change management, problem management, and SLA compliance.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and support high availability of business-critical services and applications.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders, plan milestones, assign responsibilities, and communicate project progress and status.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and independently handle client issues and incident escalations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Application Support or TechOps experience.
- Knowledge of AWS, containerization, CI/CD, GitHub or GitLab, and cloud networking.
- Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL queries, and Linux/Unix shell scripting or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including explaining complex technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders.
