Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Plan and execute software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members in their technical and professional development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP EWM.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM is required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures and ensuring high code quality.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
