Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient software architectures and front-end applications.
- Write, test, debug, and deliver complex software code to production.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Conduct code reviews focused on quality, security, and best practices.
- Manage software development projects to support timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software development and system design.
- Research and implement technologies and methodologies that improve performance and development processes.
- Identify and resolve complex software issues and technical challenges.
- Develop testing protocols and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state management libraries, build tools, package managers, and web testing frameworks.
- Experience with microfrontend architectures and Module Federation patterns, including Webpack Module Federation, dynamic remote loading, and shared dependency management.
- Ability to analyze code, debug complex issues, optimize performance, and develop proofs of concept.
- Understanding of web performance metrics and browser performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals and related browser timing and bundle-performance metrics.
- Understanding of browser internals, single-page applications, static websites, client-server architecture, server-side rendering, web security, and UI/UX patterns.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
