Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development initiatives and collaborate with clients and team members to implement high-quality solutions.
- Develop tested and documented TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for responsive, cross-browser applications optimized for desktop and mobile.
- Use React to build complex front-end architectures and interactive user interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes and apply UX, branding, responsive design, SEO, and performance standards.
- Drive adoption of modern development standards, tools, frameworks, and Git workflows.
- Produce documentation and test plans while maintaining clean, efficient code.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote best practices and professional growth.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, coworkers, stakeholders, peers, and management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional front-end development experience.
- Deep proficiency with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Extensive React experience, including complex state management and architecture.
- Strong capabilities in browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- In-depth understanding of the web development process from design through deployment.
- Advanced understanding of UI/UX principles, design patterns, and responsive design.
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with Git workflows and branch strategies.
- Intermediate spoken English and fluent written English.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Code samples are required.
- Experience with Next.js, additional front-end frameworks, and content management systems is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
