- Use AI tools daily and help improve the team’s use of them.
Requirements
- Professional software development experience in a workplace setting.
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, basic algorithms, object-oriented programming, testing, and version control.
- Ability to communicate clearly, ask for help, and provide useful code-review feedback.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of learning.
- Motivation to progress toward Senior Engineer responsibilities.
- Willingness to use AI tools daily and learn quickly.
