Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead customer, partner, and third-party system integration projects using Samsara APIs, webhooks, connectors, and other web integration technologies.
- Define project scopes, technical specifications, business requirements, and integration designs through delivery and beyond.
- Build scalable integration architectures for real-time data streaming, event subscriptions, batch processing, and related enterprise use cases.
- Build, test, validate, review, and document code and integration solutions, including conducting thorough code reviews.
- Advise customers and implementation teams on integration best practices and troubleshoot issues with technical support teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, sales, business operations, systems engineers, and the Developer Ecosystem team.
- Manage complex projects, dependencies, risks, delivery commitments, and multiple customer engagements.
- Share best practices, improve API experiences and Professional Services methodologies, and advocate for customer outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions using established architecture methodologies.
- Experience gathering data integration requirements and translating them into technical data designs.
- Ability to read, write, and understand Python and at least one additional programming language such as JavaScript or AppScript.
- Proficiency using LLM-based tools for code generation, prompt engineering, automation, and developer productivity.
- Experience designing, orchestrating, and deploying multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience building or using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern databases.
- Experience with customer evaluations and deployments and managing multiple customer engagements in parallel.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration and experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline; 3+ years of customer-facing enterprise integration or API scripting experience; and experience deploying complex technical solutions.
- Familiarity with B2B integration projects, fleets and logistics, vehicle diagnostic systems, or hardware gadgets and sensors is a plus; PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and data visualization knowledge is also a plus.
