Base Salary
$79k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support small-business sales teams serving accounts with 1–9 employees.
- Participate in multiple daily customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance.
- Present solution features, benefits, and return on investment to customers.
- Assist with in-building coverage requests and improve network accessibility.
- Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
- Support technical inquiries, sales strategies, customer satisfaction, and solution adoption.
- Travel 25–50% of the time and complete other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related work experience, or an advanced degree plus one year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a successful solution-sales track record.
- Experience managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment.
- Experience supporting wireless business sales teams in SMB, enterprise, or government settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of communication, customer-needs identification, product knowledge, project management, business sales, solution consultation, technical demonstrations, technical presentations, technical training, and wireless networks.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Base pay range is $78,750–$142,030, with eligible sales incentives.
