Responsibilities
- Build and ship scalable web applications for the Claims Management product area.
- Contribute to products involving healthcare document processing, member claims experiences, payments, and fraud prevention.
- Work across infrastructure, interfaces, and applications with significant product interaction.
- Own the systems and features you build in a distributed-ownership engineering model.
- Collaborate with teammates through product decisions, implementation, learning, and teaching.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Good experience building and shipping web applications.
- Experience with or willingness to work with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming using technologies such as Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and an understanding of user experience at scale.
- Interest in business metrics, conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth drivers.
- English working proficiency and legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- A track record of increasing responsibility, scope, and impact is valued.
