Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reliable backend systems for chargeback management.
- Scale and generalize the system for growth and flexibility.
- Architect and develop robust microservices patterns.
- Design and implement core frameworks for backend services.
- Upgrade coding practices and enhance system performance and security.
- Identify and implement optimizations for infrastructure and systems.
- Own the end-to-end development and deployment of key features.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Go or Java in production environments.
- Experience working on platform teams and contributing to system architecture.
- Led end-to-end implementation of key product features or re-architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of algorithms and design patterns.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and leading project teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
