Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions and integrations for VoIP devices, including IP phones, SIP adapters, ATA adapters, and DECT base stations.
- Design and implement device-management, provisioning, activation, and UI control features.
- Troubleshoot production and customer-related device issues.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests for device integration management software.
- Review peer code and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement features.
- Pursue self-development and stay current with relevant technologies.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Python or another relevant structured language.
- Experience with both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience working with databases.
- Expertise in unit testing.
- Familiarity with TCP and UDP networking protocols.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
